How Shikhbo Amra Foundation Will Integrate AI Into Education?

Tanzim plans to leverage AI to enhance the educational offerings of the Shikhbo Amra Foundation through several key implementations:

  • Personalized Learning Materials: Automatically generating customized educational content that aligns with each student’s learning level, interests, and cultural background.
  • Interactive Learning Experiences: Creating AI-driven quizzes and interactive activities that adapt to the student’s performance, providing a more engaging learning journey.
  • Language Translation and Support: Offering multilingual support to break down language barriers, making education accessible to non-native speakers and students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
  • Automated Feedback System: Implementing an AI-based system to provide instant feedback on assignments and quizzes, enabling students to learn from their mistakes in real time.
  • AI Tutors for Personalized Assistance: Developing virtual AI tutors capable of answering questions, offering explanations, and guiding students through difficult topics at any time of day.
  • Cultural and Ethical Sensitivity Checks: Ensuring content is culturally appropriate and sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of learners, promoting inclusivity and respect for all students.

The Business Model Of Shikhbo Amra Foundation

To sustain the Shikhbo Amra Foundation while providing free services to marginalized children, Tanzim has devised a multifaceted business model that focuses on generating revenue through avenues that do not directly charge the beneficiaries:

  • Grants and Donations: Applying for grants from international education funds, technology for good initiatives, and private donations from individuals who support the foundation’s mission.
  • Partnerships with NGOs and Governments: Collaborating with non-governmental organizations and government bodies interested in improving education for marginalized communities. These partnerships can provide funding and resources for the foundation’s initiatives.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Funding: Securing CSR funds from corporations looking to invest in social causes as part of their commitment to giving back to society. Education and technology-driven solutions often align with corporate CSR objectives.
  • Premium Services for Educators: Offering advanced tools, analytics, and personalized support services to educators and institutions at a fee. This can include exclusive content, detailed progress tracking, and professional development workshops.
  • Content Licensing: Licensing the AI-generated educational content and tools to private educational institutions or ed-tech companies looking for high-quality, adaptive learning materials.
  • Fundraising Events and Campaigns: Organizing events and online campaigns to raise awareness and funds for the foundation’s projects. This can also include crowdfunding platforms.
  • Volunteer and Community Support: Leveraging the support of volunteers and the community to minimize operational costs, ensuring a significant portion of funds can be directed towards program development and direct support to children.

Through these diverse revenue streams, Tanzim aims to create a sustainable model that supports the foundation’s mission without placing a financial burden on the very communities it seeks to assist.
